The promotional offer is for purchase or refinances on primary residences in Oregon. Second/Vacation Homes, Rental Properties and Manufactured homes are not eligible. Minimum loan amount is $25,000. Rate applies to borrowers with a credit score of 680 or higher. Maximum loan to value (LTV) is 80%. The loan amount and Annual Percentage Rate you receive is based on your credit rating, loan-to-value of property and loan term. Loan origination fee is 1% of the loan amount; appraisal fee and other closing costs and fees may apply. With a loan amount of $300,000 at 6.25% for 30 years, the estimated principal and interest payment would be $1,847.81. Home equity loan APRs range from 5.99% to 17.99% APR. No application fee and no origination fee. Rates are subject to change. Payment example: On a $25,000 loan at 5.99% APR for 84 months, the monthly payment will be $365.23.
APY = Annual Percentage Yield. The minimum balance required to obtain the advertised APY on a Share Certificate account is $1,000. Dividends are paid upon the share maturity. Fees could reduce the earnings on any account. Early withdrawal penalties apply. Certificate rates and APYs are subject to change without notice.
Promotional Annual Percentage Rate (APR) applies only to new credit card balances transferred to Heritage Grove Federal Credit Union from credit cards issued by other financial institutions. 7.99% – 16.99% introductory rate will apply based on credit worthiness for 12 months from the date of first transfer of each balance from another financial institution. Variable rate (currently 13.90% – 18.00%, based on credit worthiness) will apply to balance transfers made after the introductory period, and will apply to all balance transfer amounts remaining unpaid after the introductory period.
