Direct Deposit
We accept direct deposit* from employee payroll, military, Social Security and PERS Retirement. The company or agency depositing money to your account will request our routing number—323276391. You will also need to supply your Heritage Grove account number.

Corporate Checks
For large purchases that require more than a personal check, our Corporate Check (also may be referred to as a cashier’s check or official check) can be used instead. Corporate checks are available for $5 each.

Money Orders
Money orders are a good alternative to personal checks, if you don’t want to wait for the funds to clear from your account. They’re safer than sending cash and are only $2 each.

Notary Service
If you need official documents notarized to verify your signature, we provide this service to our members free of charge.

For International wires, the bank overseas needs to first send the wire to a Financial Institution in the United States that they correspond. Once the wire is received by that bank in the United States, they can then use the instructions shown above.

Transferring Funds From Your Heritage Grove Account

You can also send money from your account to another financial institution by wire. You will need to come to our office and present identification, along with the following:

The name and address of the individual you want to wire money to
The name and address of the financial institution that will receive the wire
The ABA routing number of the financial institution that will receive the wire
The account number of the individual who will receive the wire

We’re all connected.

Through our Shared Branching network, you have access to more than 5,600 credit union locations across the United States to conduct a range of transactions, including:

Protecting you from fraud with IDCheck.

Shared Branch transactions are now easier and more secure than ever! If you are at a Shared Branch location, a teller can now identify and authenticate members with out-of-state IDs in the branch through a QR code and one-time passcode multi-factor authentication verification. This additional layer of authentication – called IDCheck – will be used for loan payments, cashier’s checks, deposits, withdrawals, transfers and account inquiries.

How it works:

Scan the QR code located in the branch or visit coop.org.
Select your credit union’s name from a drop-down list.
Enter your member number and the last four digits of your social security number.
Upload a photo of your ID.
Take a selfie.
Tip: Save your validation for an even quicker experience next time!
Show your one-time passcode to the teller (passcode is valid for 20 minutes).

Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure (Reg E)

Federal government payments, such as Social Security, VA benefits, etc., require direct deposit. Set up your electronic benefits payment online here. Or print and mail the form and have your direct deposit made straight to your Heritage Grove account.
