What is Member Rewards?
It's a unique program that rewards you for using your Heritage Grove Credit Union Visa® credit card or Visa® debit card.
What makes Member Rewards different from "frequent flier" programs?
When you login to the Member Rewards Travel Resource Center, you can pay with Member Rewards points -- in real time --for just about any travel you wish with no paperwork to worry about. You also have the option of paying with a combination of points and credit or debit card. In addition, you can speak with a travel agent and receive personalized assistance at no extra charge.
What if I don't want to travel?
You can redeem your points for gifts, gift cards and make charitable contributions by visiting our website at OurGroveCU.com.
How do I earn points?
You earn one point for every one dollar ($1) spent on eligible Heritage Grove Credit Union Visa® credit card purchases. You also earn one point for every ten dollars ($10) you spend in eligible net purchases through signature-based (non-PIN) transactions made on your Heritage Grove Credit Union Visa® debit card rounded to the nearest whole dollar. We keep track of all the points you've earned and provide you with a monthly Member Rewards e-statement.
How do I know how many points I have accumulated?
Log in to Heritage Grove's Internet banking, click on "Member Rewards," and your total points will be displayed. If you prefer, you can call our live Member Rewards Service Center toll free at 1-877-MBR-RWDS (1-877-627-7937), and a representative will answer any questions you have about your points.
When can I redeem points?
You can redeem points at any time online. Just log in to Internet banking and click on "Member Rewards". There, you will see the number of points you have earned, and you can select what you want to redeem them for – merchandise, travel, gift cards, downloadable rewards, and charitable contributions.
How do I redeem for travel?
Redeeming your points for travel is easy. Simply log in to Internet banking and click on "Member Rewards". Then use our airline booking engine or take advantage of one of our Travel Packages. If you don't have web access, call our live Member Rewards Service Center toll-free at 1-877-MBR-RWDS (1-877-627-7937) twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
How do I redeem for gifts?
Redeeming your Member Rewards points for gifts and gift cards is just as easy. Simply compare the total points you've accumulated with the number needed for the item(s) you want. If you have enough points, go ahead and redeem online at OurGroveCU.com or call our live Member Rewards Service Center toll free at 1-877-MBR-RWDS (1-877-627-7937). Our reward specialist will take your order and you will receive your item(s) within 2 - 4 weeks.
Can my Member Rewards points be combined with points earned on other programs?
Points may not be combined with, or transferred to, other reward programs.
Do Member Rewards points expire?
They're good for three (3) years from the month they're earned, so there's plenty of time to use your points.
Are Member Rewards points transferable?
Points are not transferable.
