Heritage Grove Service Update

Heritage Grove is now accepting appointment requests for a limited menu of in-person lobby services listed below, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Mortgage and Home Equity Loan Signing
- Notary and Signature Guarantee
- Loans and New Accounts requiring in-person assistance
Members are encouraged to wear a mask, or face covering, for in-person lobby appointments. For security reasons, we will require photo identification prior to admittance.
Transaction service — Our walk-up window and drive-up lanes will continue to serve an expanded full-service menu, handling all routine branch transaction business. The credit union has designated three priority parking spots for mobile curbside delivery of items such as instant issued debit and credit cards and paper documents.
Call or text Heritage Grove Member Services at 503-588-0211 to request an appointment or schedule curbside pickup. We can provide most credit union services directly on the phone, saving you time, travel and unnecessary public contact.
Contactless electronic delivery — Most members are now enrolled to use our fast and very convenient digital banking services. Using our internet and mobile banking applications you can: check account balances, transfer funds, deposit checks, pay bills, apply for loans, and open new accounts on your computer or mobile phone. Our integration with DocuSign provides for contactless e-signatures on most documents.
